(Delivery Location: Mandarino Library, 3rd Floor, Gallery)

UNSOLD WORKS MUST BE PICKED UP BY
Sunday, April 14 from 3pm - 6pm.
(Location cannot accept shipping.)

SUBMISSION INFO

  • Open to current members, no fee to submit. Membership dues must be current to apply. (Pay using the buttons below to pay up to date.)

  • Submit 1-2 new works. (Space is limited, if there are too many submissions, only 1 artwork per member will be selected for display.)

  • Submitted work will be reviewed and selected by the Pittsburgh Print Group Exhibition Committee.

  • All printmaking mediums including risograph prints are welcome. (No digital prints.)

  • Maximum size is 30”X40” framed. Sculptural work is permissible, maximum size is 30”X40”

  • Work must be framed and wired in order to accommodate a rod hanging system.

  • Works may be offered for sale to the public, but it is not a requirement. Please distinctly mark your prices or NFS.

  • For sold works a 10% commission will be given to the Penn West student club, the Associated Artists of California.

  • On select days, prints from the PPG portfolio will be available for sale.

  • NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Location cannot accept shipments. All submissions must be dropped off and picked up on the designated days.

  • By submitting to this exhibition, you agree that neither the Pittsburgh Print Group nor Mandarino Library - PennWest CalU will be held liable for works damaged while on public display.
